I'm currently a resident at a property that Delbe manages. It is nearly impossible to reach anybody who works for Delbe in regards to their property management duties. They are not responsive to emails or phone messages. The A/C unit in our common area has been broken for over eight months and there has been no resolve. Delbe is shamefully sloppy and only cares about how much money they can take for how little work. We had them for only one year before moving on. Their finances and record keeping are especially bad. Incredibly, they would not let us see our own checking account statements, after insisting that we switch banks to their preferred one - located in Ohio - no joke.
