DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! Every time I get ready for work I listen to music & people make noise complaints to the office and the office people are so rude about everything. I’ll come home from work at midnight and there will be no where to park near my apartment, i’ll have to park 7-10 apartments down, won’t complain, but when i have a friend over for a couple hours and parks out front, it’s a violation of my lease. living here has been so stressful, i wish i would have stayed here i was at.
DO NOT SUGGEST! Lived here a month, and playing music while taking a shower, is a violation of the lease. Office people are VERY rude, not understanding even a little, or even compromising. Quiet hours state on the lease 11pm-8am, so 1pm playing music while showering should not be a big deal. Maintenance brought us a letter and said they couldn’t even hear it but just had to do what the office tells them to do. Our neighbors dog barks every hour of the day, but that’s no big deal. RecommendedI have lived here going on three years. Started in a two bedroom and moved into a three bedroom. I have always been happy with the response time on any minor issues and enjoy the property managers.
