I have lived here at Delaware trace for 8 months now people are good still love my apt maintance is very very good, Frank is the best. I recommend these apts I am very happy here close to shopping or anything you want to do.
So when you feel out the paper work for income they have you feel out another of for unemployment which my husband is right now .... will on that shit it asked IN THE FUTURE WHAT DO YOU ANTICIPATE ON MAKING .... now mind u we are way under 41000 a year right now way under ... but because my husband said 20 dollars an hour that is hopes and dreams because he is used to making that kind of money ... but because he put what he HOPES to be making doesn't mean he will be making anything you all say we make over 41000 a year ??? The apartments are beautiful! Everyone there is wonderful! Kyle has been fantastic! I had concerns about some of my furniture fitting and he had the maintenance supervisor, Frank, and his assistant, Jarvis, help me and they were so helpful! Very friendly and professional. I can't wait to move there!
This is a great place to live. We moved 6 times in 26 years of marriage and this is the best place. 2017 We just signed a our renewal lease. We love living here a great community, wonderful neighbors and Kyle keeps the place going. Thank you all the office staff too. Frank the maitence man is the best always there when you need him.
