When I showed up at 10:50am yesterday morning for my 11am appointment, I was told my appointment was at 9am. When I went to pull up my confirmation I was quickly told that they have had "many" issues with my dog being groomed. I have taken my dog to this groomer since I have had her (6 years now) and have NEVER had a bad report. In fact, she has gotten so good about it, she has started letting us groom her at home so I only take her in about once a year for a full groom with all the works and pay extra. We were thinking about some doggie daycare for our 7 month old puppy. Went to Delaware Pet Stuff and they had her come for a 4 hour evaluation at no charge to make sure it was a good fit for her. People were friendly, lots of communication, and the dog had a blast! We were very pleased and will be taking her back. We are appreciative of their flexible hours and options and are looking forward to working with them!

I really appreciate the knowledge the staff at Delaware Pet Stuff has for all breeds of dogs. Baxter is a mix breed are understanding is that he is a basset beagle jack Russell pit. Each one of those dogs have different needs, and Behave differently. The Jack Russell and pit needs an area to run and play, To get that energy out. Where there’s times that the basset takes over and he becomes a couch potato. My understanding is that they watch the dogs for signs of being tired or needing some time to rest.
