No wait when I arrived. Staff were personable, attentive and had reviewed my history.
They exceed what I ask. Very nice, warm and welcoming office. I always look forward to my dental appointments.
From a service viewpoint, everything was excellent. However, while checking out I was charged $20 for a bottle of Colgate Periogard. I checked with my insurance company and they had it for $4.Thats the only point I was dis-satified; other than that everything else was fine.

I just moved to Chicago and I chose this place based on the fact that it takes my insurance and that it is a two minute walk away from work. Well, I got lucky, because this place is fantastic! I've been to great dentists' office in the past but this is by far the best. The highlight of the visit was the very pleasant dental hygienist who did the most thorough job cleaning my teeth that anybody ever has. I really appreciated that I was called when I did not show up for my appointment and that they were able to accommodate me even though I came a bit late.
Very courteous and were able to accomodate me last minute for some gum pain that was concerning me. I've moved away from the area and I still always make the trip to go back to this office for all my dental needs.
Very easygoing and nice staff. Very accommodating and my experience from going in the front door and back out was great.
