EXCELLENT! Highly recommended. From the minute you walk in the door, the whole staff make you feel like your at home. I have never had a bad experience with any of the staff but if you can see Jackie. she's great.
I just came in for a cleaning, but the dental hygienist was so nice (which is always the case)!
Everyone that I met during my appointment yesterday was very nice and extremely helpful. I had to have a more extensive cleaning as I have not been to a dentist in a long time and the hygenist was great! I had little discomfort during my cleaning and she was sure to explain everything to me. The financial coordinator that I met with was also very helpful! I unfortunately need to get a lot of work done and it is pretty costly for me out of pocket but she was very thorough and went through a lot of options with me to make my t... read more
Lets just say, I'm not scared of going to the dentist anymore.
I had an emergency and needed to get in the same day. Jocelyn was able to get me in the entire staff made my visit very pleasant. I would definitely refer anyone to East Erie Dental. Thanks for all you do!!

Jackie was amazing! I hadn't been to the dentist in a few years and was extremely anxious about the appointment (of course, I was thinking the worse of everything), but Jackie was so reassuring and made me feel comfortable immediately. She walked through the plan for some treatment thoroughly and made sure I understood. And she was so gentle with the actual cleaning. I've never had a huge fear of the dentist, but I've had a hard time finding one that I truly like, and it's so great to finally find one!
Friendly and well educated staff! They are doing a great job!
