The unit I was in was very small. There’s no washer and dryer in the unit but one in the building next door. The laundry room is dirty and a creepy basement. I went without properly working water for at least 2 weeks it would get extremely hot and then run cold. So I had 3 minute showers the first 2 weeks of my stay. I expressed this in my first couple of days of moving in but I was ignored. We did some painting and other punch list things for this company. We are a small crew. 2 or 3 guys , so every job really matters pay wise. This company does not pay there contractors , Scott Schulman and Rhonda Steele are scam artists. I wish I could give this place negative stars

The apartment was cozy and affordable, but management was extremely unresponsive. I moved out in September, 2021 and never received my security deposit back or any acknowledgement whatsoever despite attempting to follow up multiple times via phone when I moved out as well as the occasional reminder emails since then.

I lived here for two years and this was my experience. Pros Location Free parking Cons Noise - since you’re close to Delaware st there’s a lot of traffic noise and sirens. In the summer expect to be woken up by motorcycles at 2am. The floorboards are also super creaky. I lived on the first floor and my upstairs neighbor would wake me up in the middle of the night if they walked around.
