If he didn't answer my call on the first ring, he almost always called me back within a few minutes. I had an active leak in my roof, and when he saw that it was going to rain before the new roof was put on, he called me and asked if he could come put a tarp on my roof to keep the damages to my home from getting worse (which he did himself within a few hours of that call).
