From the sales people to the service department, I have had nothing but excellent service from all of them. Currently have bought 2 vehicles from them
I am so pleased with the service that I recieved last night. Caleb and Stephanie was very friendly and helped me in every way they could. The service managers were the most unprofessional people have met in a long time. They were more worried about getting their car back then getting me back in a working car. I was planning on purchasing a second vehicle this summer for my fiance and I but I will be taking my services elsewhere. I have already deterred friends from going there bc of the services center alone. Great dealers horrible service people!
I was out looking for a Ford Escape for extra room as my wife and I are trying to adopt. I came up this gentlemen name Xavier. He was the the most awesome sale man i ever dealt with. Xavier did eveythig in his power to get me in this Ford Escape.Not only but the others I dealt with were great as well but he is at the top.
