If I could give 1 star I would. This is a going to be a little long but it is worth the read. I had taken my 2019 Kia Forte for repairs due to a indicator light coming on. They had tried to fix it to no prevail. They advised to allow a mechanic take it over night as the light only came on during the very early mornings. Yes we did call the customer to ask to take the vehicle home over the weekend to try to get the light that has been bothering to come on seeing as it was her 3rd time in to try to get this issue fixed, the first 2 times we could not duplicate her concern. So being that we wanted to help the guest in anyway possible we asked if we could take it home over the weekend to try to get it to come on.
