J**i, lady who works at receiving, she has a gift of working with animals, at best. Delivering a coil. Showed up at 7 am on Thursday. She told me they would receive it on Monday. The dock was empty, and there wasn't a line. "GET OFF THE PROPERTY, I TOLD YOU TO COME BACK MONDAY" I'd never come back to this place, thanks, Jodi. Had to wait till she left and came back while a couple of guys were working... not a single issue, unloaded me in 7 minutes, and I was gone.
Worst shipper communication, got appt at 7 am, checked in at 6:55 and still waiting to get loaded! 3 trucks came after me and got loaded, bay is empty, and not called yet. Went there 2 times and still we will get you soon
19 oct 2023 9:15 Guy sitting in Door 4, he is ruthless Threw my paper on floor flying in air just because i checked in early and got pissed because i have 6 skidded coils. Misbehaved, rude with canadian driver. No manners to talk to outsiders. 👎👎
Watch you appointment time, they will not unload you before that. Got here at 11:30am, appointment time was 18:30pm, got me inside at 18:00, even though they are not busy and the crane operator is sitting bored playing games on his phone, they still won’t unload you
they are in no hurry to unload you 3-4 hours for unload 2 trucks
