My fiance and I had some car problems an hour before our appointment and called in to cancel at the last minute. Alicia was really friendly and understanding and offered to make another appointment. When we ended up being able to make the appointment, Dr. Choi's office was very accommodating and was able to take us at our original appointment time. Had a cleaning, new x-rays done, & consult for further treatment. Met with new Doctor Choi. She is just as amazing as her father. I've had a lot of dentists in my day but have stayed here & will continue to because they make you feel comfortable & are very informative. They truly care about my oral care. Love them!!!!!!!!!

Starting at the front desk with Alicia, she is very friendly and very professional she always greet you with a smile, then with your assistant Michelle, she is very caring and she always makes sure you are comfortable and explains every procedure and makes sure that you are ok. your staff that has done my cleanings are very gentle, I have some sensitive spots on my teeth and she was very careful when she cleaned my teeth, and last but not least Dr. Al Choi she is just Amazing, with out a doubt I will continue to come to Sout... read more
Socorro is really friendly and makes me very comfortable, even though I DREAD coming into the dentist. She's very sensitive to the sensitive parts of my mouth and carefully works around them, as well as giving me tips along the way to prevent sensitivity. Dr. A Choi was also great! Very gentle as well as very informative. She also gave me tips on preventing sensitive teeth.
The wonderful lady at the front desk named Alicia does an outstanding job! She reminds us when we need to come in for cleanings/ services. In my opinion she is your best employee at the front desk, she is the only one who has always managed to fit us in on short notice. She is your money maker! You better hold on to her because I've been to a couple dentist offices in the past and no one matches her customer service.
