If I could give them 0 stars I would. I've been following up on (2) orders for my client for MONTHS! They were supposed to ship to the site back in mid-November. It's now late-April and communication has been lack luster. AND this order has been paid in full for MONTHS! ***IF YOU READ THESE REVIEWS, PLEASE RETURN MY EMAILS REGARDING MY CLIENT'S ORDER. WE NEED THESE GOODS STAT!***
Placed an order in August of 2016 and I have yet to receive my order. I have placed endless calls and emails and Karla Koch (manager) and left messages on recording (automated system answers phone- no one EVER picks up) has never returned one call to discuss where shipment is and when it will be delivered. POOR POOR POOR customer service. I just want my product or a full refund so I can order elsewhere. I am starting to wonder if this company even exists.
