That loser of a manager needs not ever work in Customer Service again. Tell him to try construction or something.
After seeing the video of the manager being rude to customers, I am glad I have not tied any of the new locations that were opened up in the DFW. That was truly one of the most appalling acts of customer service I have ever seen, and to allow someone so rude and disrespectful shows a lack of proper leadership in your stores.
If I'm ever in Peoria, Arizona, I'll know where not to eat, or anywhere for that matter. Del Taco. Ever.
