To start off this was an awesome experience. This was the fastest I’ve ever gotten into a dealership, did my paperwork and Got in and out. Ali called and was very helpful the whole time. Felipe was awesome with the customer service and helping with the pricing of Cadillac XTS VSPORT!! JR was very helpful as well with making sure the car was on tip top shape. Sold me their first bike. Was a 2015 Triumph Bonneville T100. Very reliable, strong engine, no problems, I can’t complain. Waited a year after making the purchase to make sure I gave a complete and honest review.
I had wonderful experience it was fast and very nice respectful place. And they made sure I was comfortable while I wait for my car I was very happy with Tony Bravo and his services.And Frando was very sweet. Beautiful smile too
Ali, my salesperson was very kind and gave me great customer service. It makes me sad to say, they sold me a car that broke down in less than a month. I didn’t even have my license plates yet. I spent more than $6,000 in repairs within the first year of owning this car. If you buy a car here, have a 3rd party do an inspection before you buy. I wouldn’t trust their service department at all. Learn from my mistake.
These guys were great! Friendly, attentive, low pressure and did a TON to work with me on my recent F-150 purchase. I do owe them some tacos now though for all the great service ; )
