Okay guys so my boyfriend and I went to Fernandos last night ..... this is the worst expirence I’ve ever had .... service was awful... the girls name was Susan she didn’t introduce herself ... she was in such a rush to get off and do side work .. we literally heard the servers arguing about who didn’t want the table next table ... we were trying to order cheese dip with chorizo but she was in such a rush she would let us finish ... then food came out she dropped it off and never came back ... we had to get another server to ... read more
Awful Service!! We waited 15im before anyone ever came to our table... Order tot-chos and wings together. They brought the tot-chos, 10min later the waiter came and said Quote: "we forgot your wings, you still want them or want me to cancel them?" We asked for them To-go... 15 min later, wings arrive. Get home, sauces are wrong and dressings are wrong. Freaking AWFUL!!!

We have been eating here for several years never had any issues until few weeks ago. The servers have no experience whatsoever and the food was wrong 4 times. The Manager was running back and forth and everyone that I saw was complaining. I truly suggest that the Owner stops by and talks to the employees. I can’t understand why someone would bring the food 4 times out and it’s still wrong. The order was simple Buffalo Chicken Tatchos. Can’t figure it out.
