I've been here for ten years, management has changed in the last 6 months and the apartment has gone downhill bad. Neighbors always slam the door, which I've brought to management multiple times, nothing is done. My parking spot overflows with sewage every so often and they never clean it properly and there is always toilet paper residue. I lived there for 3 years. The first year, it was great. The common spaces were always clean and I felt safe. Gradually, the company began to make changes. The EVS crew changed. After that, the gym was always disgusting, never smelled cleaned. There was trash everywhere. The apartment complex also became high crime. The ones contributing to this left their stuff in the staircases. The employees never said a word. If they still allow average people to move in, I would never recommend it.
