What a terrible experience. Not even sure how they are able to a licensed vet. Would look elsewhere if you want a serious and professional vet.
They lack punctuality. Sat in an empty parking lot and called 10 mins prior to my appointment. They literally asked me EVERYTHING I told them initially when I set up the appointment. They tell me to wait in the car. 4 cars pull up and their dogs go in before mine, still waiting past my appointment time. What is the point of having appointments when you don’t adhere to your own standard? Then they tell me “your vet was with another sick dog”. They only have two vets working. One days and one night.
