I had an extremely disappointing experience with this apartment rental, and I feel compelled to share my negative review, primarily due to the manager, Amy, and her complete lack of integrity and honesty. I initially rented this apartment on a month-to-month basis and informed Amy of my intention to transfer to a smaller unit to reduce my expenses. Relatively good rates, well kept grounds, mostly quiet. Never had any issues living here, you can do a lot worse for the money in Bako.
I have now been a resident for a year and a half and its been very pleasant. If i have any work orders, someone is here within a couple of days. Its a very quiet complex & i feel super safe here. Some residents occasionally hang out too late in the pool area which is little annoying but its not every day. Only complaint is that we dont have sufficient parking closer to our apt door or that theres no patio or a private space outdoors.
