I lived in Unit 97 and had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had renting. Every concern I brought to management was ignored, dismissed, or somehow turned back on me instead of being properly addressed. Maintenance requests were repeatedly ignored, and repairs in the unit were never properly handled. I had an extremely disappointing experience with this apartment rental, and I feel compelled to share my negative review, primarily due to the manager, Amy, and her complete lack of integrity and honesty. I initially rented this apartment on a month-to-month basis and informed Amy of my intention to transfer to a smaller unit to reduce my expenses. Relatively good rates, well kept grounds, mostly quiet. Never had any issues living here, you can do a lot worse for the money in Bako.
