Pain relief with kindness! I came to Dr. Milligan's practice with terrible pain that shot down the front and back of my left upper arm. I was referred to Dr. Milligan by a dear friend, Lori la Perl, who also happens to be a massage therapist who works with this practice. This office is not close to my home but well worth the drive.
