Honesty I never had to take my vehicle to a shop until my dad passed away who use to own his own shop, so when I went to Del Mar Automotive I felt like I could trust them to take car of my vehicle, because of the work they performed and there honesty, thanks guys !
Excellent service My friend recommended me this shop because he thought they did a great job on his car when he came for the first time. Now it was my first time to try them, and they did an excellent job on my car too! I got my brakes fixed and now I am driving much better.

Incredible!! Look. I'm a girl and I have an almost classic car. Any place else but Del Mar Automotive Repair and that combination would be a recipe for disaster. They've done work for me before - explained what they did, fixed the problem, and charged me a more than fair price. But not until I recently had to have my little cream puff towed in with mystery starting problem did I truly understand what a great shop they are... DMAR did all the diagnostic work but couldn't find an answer (they even looked a previous repair). So... read more
Live Up To The Hype Don't know what to say but wow! These guys live up to the hype I just went in for a basic oil change (the least I have ever paid) not expecting much and left feeling like my being a customer really mattered to these guys. I didn't get to experience the "Magic" everyone else seems to because the phone didn't stop ringing and customers kept coming in the door the whole time I was there, but still I see the appeal.
Prompt Service!!! This place is awesome. They don't charge must. They don't say you need this and you need that like other auto repair place trying to make extra bucks. If they don't have the part or tool for the thing they need to fix they will tell you rather than make you wait and tell you a while later. I like this place because they are prompt at there services.
