Honest Mechanic! This guy is honest; you will not be sold things you do not need. To me, that is awesome in itself, honest mechanics are rare. The oil change does not magically increase the price because you need more oil or other nonsense I have been told other places. He outsourced work that he couldnât perform expertly. He does the work he can do extremely well and does not attempt to do things his shop is not equipped to do properly. I will return here for any of my auto repair needs!
Exceptionally great experience! I do not enjoy going to any auto shops, I always feel like I am about to be ripped off and that is not a good feeling. However, once I found Del mar Auto I did not feel that way anymore. The guys are great and honest. They do not try to fix a bunch of things just to increase the price and they actually listened to what I wanted done. Exceptionally great experience!
Easy To Deal With These guys are great. Easy to deal with and very fair prices. Once you find these folks you will not mess with any of the other shops.
Reasonable I've been going to Tom at Del Mar Auto Repair garage now for a year or so. He is very personable and reasonable. He is knowledgeable and polite in explaining the problem to you and has a professional demeanor. I've always been happy with his work.
Honest Repair Shop Found these guys after searching for oil change. They are very professional, and don't try to ding you for a ton of repairs. I took it in for some brake work, another shop had quoted a much higher repair bill. I saved money and time and it wasn't as extensive a repair as I was told by another mechanic. Nice to find someone honest.
Loving It!! I just moved to the area and all my neighbors kept telling me to go to this place even though there are other shops down the road. I came here and everyone is friendly and the service is amazingly fast. All the workers are well organized and I definitely love that in an auto shop.

A Pleasure to Deal With A friend recommended Del Mar Automotive repair to me the other day. I called in and spoke to the owner, Tom, who was helpful and professional. I requested to leave my car for a few hours for an oil change while I ran errands with a friend. I asked him to also check over a few things that I knew needed attention.
