It floods horribly. When we lived there our cars flooded three times.

The manager at the apartments is great. Leticia is the most helpful person and will help in any way she can to get you in an apartment you will love. She also does small events for her residents monthly. She takes care of the tenants very well. Would definitely recommend her services to anyone.
