Just had the best experience at Del Haven! I was looking for a gift for my daughter and their kind, courteous sales staff helped me find just what I was looking for. Unlike some other stores, I felt that I was given great information and not pushed into buying something that wasn't right. I have always been a strong advocate for small businesses. I purposely seek out a small business to support when I make my purchases. This business though was a major disappointment to say the least. Poor customer service, condescending staff, insufficient service. One week before my wedding and they had no answers as to why they couldn't fix their mistake. Tried to sell me a ring I did not order!! Unbelievable. Left me hanging to find a wedding ring at the last minute! Poor, poor, poor service. So disappointing! Never again... read more
My engagement ring is beautiful! Del Haven did an awesome job! They were SO helpful! Customization work on the ring is fabulous! I am so happy, I highly recommend this place to everyone!!
