I brought two of my rings there to be repaired back in July. One of my rings just needed to be resized, and the other needed a diamond replaced that had fallen out. When I picked up my rings, the ring that needed the band resized was very thin, almost to the point it will crack in no time! It also was returned with a scratch on the setting. I am beyond impressed with Del Haven Jewelers!! We purchased our wedding bands at their store a few months ago. This past weekend, we were married! I took my rings to their store this morning because they were not sitting as I had hoped they would on my finger. Without hesitation, they fixed my rings in minutes. Del Haven Jewelers are the best! I purchased a citizen watch from them and wanted it customed engraved. It was done to my exact specifications and turned out beautifully! Will definitely use DelHaven Jewelers again!

As much as I appreciate you attempting to fix my monogram necklace 2x, I would think if you can admit it’s not fixable you would refund the charge of $25.
Took two watches in to get the batteries changed. There was an issue with the older watch but fixed it cheaply. It was a big sale but will return to buy another watch soon. Great service will deserve me returning to spend some real cash.
