All I can say is that I can't wait to go back! The food was awesome but the best part were the beautiful and welcoming smiles from the moment we came in till we were sat down. Kayla and Taylor were truly amazing, ensuring we were happy with everything throughout our dinner. Chris who I think was the manager also checked up on us. We enjoyed the chat with him, he was hilarious! So thank you all for making my birthday memorable, we will definitely be back!
We received a gift card for a wedding gift and we wanted to save it for a special occasion, so we went Sunday for Valentine. My husband had never been there, so he did not know he needed to request a special place to seat. He made our reservation 4 weeks in advance for 6:00. We arrived 10 mins. early and they immediately seated us. They sat us at the back of restaurant, by the kitchen in a shared booth on one side and with chairs on the other side of table. Megan was our server and she was AWESOME!! Recommended great dinner choices, our water glass never ran dry and Eric, one of the managers stopped by to check on us and told us we were in great hands and he was absolutely correct! We definitely will be back for date night again!!
This is the place to be the food is off the chart but that is secondary to the staff. Stephen Wright and his team put their heart and soul into what they do. They make you feel like you are their only customer and will treat all guest like that. I don't mean to sound like a commercial but I travel a lot and eat out quite a bit. Del Frisco's - Plano is my home so thank you for what you not only do for me but what you do for your community and those who live in it and benefit from it. 10 stars.
The spare rib stroganoff was phenomenal! The service was exceptional. This experience was definitely worth the two hour drive. We will definitely return to dine at Del Frisco Plano every time we are in Dallas.
We first went here during restaurant week. This is one of the best run restaurants I've ever been to. The GM Stephen Wright came up to our table and checked on us which so many restaurants have (unfortunately) gotten away from. Since then I've been back several times. The service and food have always been exceptional. The host & waitstaff are very friendly and attentive. Ahi tuna salad, artichoke appetizer and prime steak sandwich are fantastic.
Boo! Don't expect them to split plates when you ask AND THEY SAY NO PROBLEM, yet ignore your request. The chicken was mediocre at best.
