Im from Ohio and we were visiting my friend and her daughter. This was my birthday dinner and my 1st time at this restaurant. The hostesses were nice, our waitor Jake was great (like our new bff) and we sat out on the patio which was nice in Dec! I got the steak salad it was delicious and filling. I would like to thank my friend for suggesting and the staff for delivering :)
My first time at Del Frisco's was lovely. Lunch was tasty, well-portioned and affordable, the ambiance was comfortable, modern, and you could hear others at the table, and the staff was excellent and attentive!
Had lunch today. $40.00 for petite fillet, frites, salad and veg. The fillet came medium well instead of medium rare and was as tough as a hockey puck. It was sent back and the next fillet was obviously the end tail. It was as stringy as a post roast. Tasted OK, but for the price it should have been excellent. I expected more from this restaurant, having been a regular in Orlando. I don't think I will go back, at least not for steak/fillet anytime soon. The waiter was good and the salad was the highlight of the meal.
Very nice atmosphere. A little pricey for portion size but food was tasty. I ordered the beef stroganoff. We had our 9 year old with us and they didn't offer a kids meal until we inquired. They only offer complimentary bread upon request which I felt was a little odd. It was our first time so how would we know?
