Had a reservation was rudely greeted but the manager Laura and when i asked to speak to a manager because she was having a bad attitude with my party she stated she was the general manager. Food was ok! Service was terrible. Will never be a next time!!!

RecommendedFrom Raymond the manager greeting you at the door, to our wonderful server Vincent, to the amazing food and great atmosphere is what made this resturant and THIS specific location our favorite resturant in the Tampa area. Everything is exceptional here and the employees here go above and beyond to make your visit perfect!
The food is amazing and we eat out often to support our local restaurants but I was a bit disappointed with things on our last visit. Honestly I’ve had more attentive service at Applebees. If the restaurant was busy I would totally understand but it was pretty empty. I also had called and let them know it was my husbands bday and if they could do something a little special. Went today for lunch for my 30th birthday. Matthew was a great server and management went out of their way to make things right as well as special. Wonderful experience for my birthday as well as my first time eating there. 💚
