Vito was incredibly helpful in finding me an apartment. The management team was always responsive and easy to communicate with any issues regarding the unit. The apartment itself was great! I'm sad to be leaving, but I truly appreciated my time there and highly recommend working with them!

Me and my fiancé worked with Adriana to view apartments and she was the best! She was coordinating viewings, answering all of our questions, and putting together lease documents while she was on vacation overseas! The Del Fornos are responsive, kind, and understanding in the way they manage their properties. They hire quality maintenance staff and dedicated to keeping renters happy with their home. Despite an incredibly frustrating experience with the owner of our building (149 Grand St, JC) refusing to fix or replace the broken and disregarded HVAC system in our unit (after the Del Fornos organized 5 different techs to assess and inspect it), the Del Fornos were professional, timely, and communicative about the process. 4 Stars are f... read more
