We bought a car from Del and have had it serviced several times. With every interaction, we experience terrible customer service. The worst part is whenever we mention some service failure, we are greeted with a stone face. They truly don't care. The attitude is, 'Well that's the way it is. Pay us.' If you don't believe me, just call the main number and see how long it takes for someone to answer the phone. I guarantee you won't get a human on your first try.
