my favorite colorist Heather! – Heather has been my colorist for six years and I've been loyally following her since A&H. She is extremely professional and creative. One of her best qualities is her ability to communicate by both listening to what her clients want and explaining her vision of what would best suit them. It is always a pleasant experience and I am consistently happy with the results. Plus, Dekko has a chic atmosphere without being affected and of course the amazing stylist Jules. Highly recommended!

dear dekko – today i was admiring my hair in the mirror. I was fluffing it and shaking it. It seemed the more i rumpled my hair, the sexier it got. My hair is very rock star, sexy and cute. and i did not put any products in YET! I am very glad i came here. I am broke, but i still splurged a cut with Jules. Will someone tell me the difference between Jules and Jill when they cut hair? I'd like to try both of them!

Go Dekko – I have been to Dekko three times and had my hair cut by Jules. She came recommended to me. The salon is in a loft space in the far reaches of Potrero so parking is a snap. Jules is great - she kind of looks at your hair, understands what you are going after, then may make a suggestion and this dialog continues till you are happy with the plan. Cutting edge and unpretentious! – This salon is one of those gems you find by word of mouth. Very skilled, cool and NICE!!! unpretentious staff. Never "over the top" I am a fan of Jill Nishimoto-Tucci....love her!

Cat's out of the Bag – What is it now? Two years running as the Best in the Bay? I still stand by Jules and Jill at Dekko. They are the best at what they do and I trust them completely with my hair. In fact I trust them with my parents hair. My folks came for only their second visit since I moved out here 9 years ago. And one of the first things I did was treat them to a Styling Day by the Bay. They are still talking about the wonderful haircut and complete attention to detail that was spent. Great Job, Jill!!!!!!

Dekko Salon is wonderful! – every chance i get i get Jill to cut and style my hair, she does a wonderful job and i feel anew everytime. i would suggest her to anyone who needs a lift, a new pep in thier life! The Best Colorist in the Bay Area!!! – Jodi is easily the most talented colorist in the Bay Area. If you don't want to take a chance with your hair (I never do)....make an appt. with Jodi. She does the most awesome jpb every time. What I personally like best about her work is that the results are extremely natural. Very few people realize I get my hair colored, yet I do get tons of compliments on my it.
