STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!! This place is not where you want to go. They refused to do the extraction I went there for and only wanted to sing me up for nearly$6,000 in treatments. Refused to let me see the x-rays. That set off the RED FLAGS AND BLARING SIRENS. They only are interested getting your money. Wish that I could give a BIG NEGATIVE 10 STARS.
Took my daughter first to get a refferal and cleaning. Waiting room was overcrowded with no where to sit. They seemed to have a lack of communication, disorganized. . They forgot to give her her fluoride until I asked them if she had it. One of the receptionists seemed crabby. I had to ask them several times for the referral. Then took her back for fillings. I had attended this dentist to receive professional advise for an aching tooth. The doctor informed me that my mouth was fine and that is was healing from gum recession and should recover by itself. She then went ahead on doing a "cleaning" without checking my insurance records to see that it was not yet time for my 6 month cleaning. The nurse previously told me that everything in this appointment would be covered by my insurance so I thought nothing of it. I had Dr. Hackney and Honestly he is a riot. Dr. Hackney seems to know his stuff, and was very nice. I had an emergency and he fit me in where he could. I sat in the chair for 6 hours, BUT it was because I had a lot of work to be done that day and he was working around his schedule for the day. He was very professional and told me he would take care of me. Well, the pain is gone and I am happy with the service I received. I recommend coming here. Price is very reasonable as well.

I went here for 4 yrs. Within that time I had lots of dentists leave in a short amount of time working there. My newer dentist there often asked for supplies that the office didn't offer, meaning there were better ways of care that this facility didn't provide. But what made me finally leave was when I lost my front tooth & called the emergency number for 2 days & never got a call back. Let me start off by saying the only reason we went there is because a family member worked there. They treat the staff like dirt, so in turn it is like a revolving door there. Always new people working. Treatment is hit or miss, depending on if you can actually see the same dentist. That is if they actually still work there. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
I highly recommend staying away from this dental business. The implant crown they did came loose after a few days - and I am now seeing another dentist (they recommended I seek another dentist) to get it redone. They are also unwilling to reimburse me the total amount I paid them for the blotched job they did! I have filed a complaint against them seeking reimbursement with the BBB.
Maybe I had a different dentist than the other reviewers (I had Dr Aparna Srinivasa), but I experienced nothing but quality service during my time at dekamore. Dr Srinivasa is kind, gentle and always made sure I understood what and why she was doing what she did. I heard bad reviews about Dr. Ansari from other people waiting in the lobby, but never had any issues personally.
