Came in and waited 2 hours just to watch people who came in after me and my wife come and go, walked out to the car to put our phones on charge so we could communicate with the babysitter and were greeted with very rude attitudes and comments from the emergency room staff, we were told it was gonna be a long wait in almost a spiteful way, as if they were gonna make sure that we had to wait. Charge for stuff they don’t do
RecommendedToday Thanksgiving, my husband was having severe pain I. his side. We went to DeKalb Regional ER---we were so impressed! We couldn't have ask to been treated any better by all the staff on duty! From the beginning to the end, we were treated with care and concern. Hats off to Dr Jones, he was great! Many experiences in the past haven't been this way! We thanked each one for what they were doing on Thanksgiving day! Keep up the great work. Thank you again, and God bless each of you!
i said a while back i would not send any one to this hosp....... i was wrong cause yes i would send myfamily there in a flash...we all have bad days every now and then and i guess some of the nures there well one of them any had a bad day ... but its all ok ....yes this place has VERY GOOD THEY HAVE VERY GOOD DRS N NURESS THERE .... AND I THANK GOD FOR ALL OF U EVERY NITE WHEN I PRAY. IVE BEEN IN THE RE N BEEN VERY SICK AND THEY BROUGHT ME RITE THRUNIT ..... thank all of u very much for wat u do for all of us ....i luv u guy... read more
They take care of eAch patient giving them their full attention... they never treat a person as if they are just doing a job... Doctors nurses each person there works to take care of everypatient... they are smiling when you go in and even tho I know they work some longdays theyare smiling each time you see them
thank you for your quick responses to emergencies and the great care you give please continue to give the best care to my aunt once I am gone she is a wonderful woman and we need her here with us
ER did not help my mom who is very sick. She has UTI and always will. She is 83 years old and has to have help 24/7. She was told by ER last Monday night to not come back. If possible I will go to out of town ER.
