They have seen me through for 3 kids. I love this place. Staff is wonderful and the doctors are very good.
Rude unprofessional staff they scheduled me an appointment over the phone I arrived. They didn’t take me and told me I would have to schedule again. Staff is out of order I asked to speak with a manger front desk staff hun g up in my face.this place needs to be shut down for they way they treat they patients.hanging up on patients that pay there money is crazy
Just read the reviews and you will see why this practice can’t get a 5 star rating. Their 2 receptionists are very rude and disrespectful. So even of the nurses, doctors, and other office staff are nice; it’s hard to appreciate since you start your whole experience in a bad mood because of how those 2 treat you. My kids are almost out of high school, and that is the only reason we don’t go somewhere else. If they were any younger, we would go somewhere else even if it was a longer drive. Customer service is terrible over the phone and in person. They act annoyed to work, are not polite, and seem incompetent in person. Only a few good employees, but not enough to make this place worth it. Workplace environment seems extremely toxic and a visit there feels uncomfortable.
