They probably never will I think they care about money more than patients. I had a 3:00 appointment one day, went to office at about 7 minutes to 3, I get to the door and as I am opening door someone comes up to the door and says oh someone should have locked the door. then she closed the door and locked me out. I was so offended, like should I leave or when should zi go back in, will they be done by 3????????
WARNING: Don't let them smiling faces fool ya! Their only concern is making money and could care less about patients! Very unethical business practice when it comes to insurance and will "recommend" unnecessary procedures in order to get more money out of the insurance companies AND patients! Will send to collections without notifying the patient. This has happened to me more than once! Will not be fooled again! Fool me once...shame on them, fool me twice...shame on me! Will NOT be going back EVER!
The Staff is Excellent. The Doctor is top notch! I don't like going to the Dentist, but the Ladies make the experience pleasant.
Very friendly staff. My first visit and I will be making my dentist for the future.
