I had a hydrofacial for the first time at Deka with Demi. Not only was the facial itself amazing and more than what I expected, Demi and the entire staff were so accommodating, kind, and really went above in my opinion. I hadn’t even started my facial and was talking about booking my next service. My face is glowing today, and I am so excited to incorporate this into my skincare routine.
Appointment was at 5pm. The girl who I was booked with was getting her own lashes done before my appointment. I was told she is almost done and will be ready soon. I totally get it, gotta fit yourself in when you can! However it was 20 minutes into my scheduled appointment before she got started. I figured she would make it up a bit on the back end… or at least use all the time allotted (hour session 5pm-6pm) she stopped with 6-7 minutes before 6pm.
