I am extremely disappointed in this work done here. I've gotten my lashes done here and at first I loved them, i was so happy and excited because they looked so good and seemed to hold pretty well until a few hours later theres a good amount falling off, I then went in for a fill and those fell off even quicker. They've also been extremely irritated. I got them done less then 7 days ago and they're all almost off, it wouldn't even be enough for just a fill. Mine fell off within 2 days. Followed all the rules. They were gone.
So unhappy. I got lashes for my mom and I as a Christmas gift thinking they’d last us for at least a week or two. Turns out my moms fell off within the second day. (Yes, she followed all of the recommendations, didn’t get them wet, didn’t rub them, etc.) And mine luckily lasted a little less than a week before they all fell off. They were super cute the first day but never again 🙅🏻♀️
I didn’t know what to expect on my first visit. Lynsey was positive and professional, which eased my mind. Each step was explained with guidelines on the care after the session. I love my lashes and I love Lynsey!
Things you should expect from your DekaLash lash experience: 1). Your lashes will fall off. They have SERIOUS retention issues and apparently zero interest in fixing those issues. 2). If you schedule an appointment with a specific lash artist, there is a good chance you will find yourself with someone else at your actual appointment. “Family emergencies” are all the rage. 3). I love getting my lash extensions done here! Everyone is very professional and friendly. The vibe is very relaxed. Mandie does a great job every time. She checks in often to make sure I’m comfortable. I’m hooked!
When I got my first set done at Deka I wasn’t sure I’d continue but I fell in love!!! The environment is clean, comfortable, and cute. The prices are reasonable in comparison to other salons. Honestly, every time I have my lashes filled/tinted I have a great experience. Laura (the best!) always makes me feel comfortable and truly cares about giving me the lashes I want. I always leave happy and prettier then when I came in!
