Deiter Brothers has absolutely NO customer service. They refuse to communicate about service updates, order updates, scheduling updates, or anything else. They do not return phone calls and they close early. We spent 30k on a completely new furnace and filter system two years ago that has yet to make it 12 months without breaking down. From sales to service to customer service, run run run away. Do not use this predator of a company. I'm frustrated and disappointed and at this point feel like I need to contact a lawyer.
Overall great service. Unfortunately, brought the wrong size air filter. Had to use my emergency replacement filter. Although he offered to drop off another, it was not ideal.
