Came home after a couple of weeks away to find a freezing cold house and a furnace that wouldn't start...at 1:30am! Deiter Bros. was the only company of four that I called that could dispatch someone within 30 minutes. And two of the companies I have service agreements with but they couldn't guarantee me anyone until late in the afternoon. The young fellow who came to the house spent hours going through everything and fixing things that had not been done but that I had been charged for by another company. Deiter Brothers has absolutely NO customer service. They refuse to communicate about service updates, order updates, scheduling updates, or anything else. They do not return phone calls and they close early. We spent 30k on a completely new furnace and filter system two years ago that has yet to make it 12 months without breaking down. From sales to service to customer service, run run run away. Do not use this predator of a company. I'm frustrated and disappointed and at this point feel like I need to contact a lawyer.
