I went to the DeGraff Emergency Room due to high blood pressure, which I had never experienced before. I have had no prior history of high blood pressure or any significant health issues throughout my life. I rarely ever took any medication other than over-the-counter pain relievers. However, when I was administered intravenous medication at the emergency room, my heart stopped for approximately 15 seconds within 2-3 minutes. Just brought my daughter to the E.R. Unfortunately don’t have the name of the RUDE Doctor that stooped in her room!!! Sorry we inconvenienced you. People with no empathy should not be in this profession. I hope if any of your family members need to go to a hospital that they get treated the same way!!!!
Absolutely horrible. This place should be shut down due to negligence and NP BETHANY LACHENEY should be fired. I came in back in December with abdominal pain. The only person that was nice to me was the imaging staff and the triage nurse who checked me in. Everyone else including the NP treated me like I was a nuisance. The nurse was so aggressive when she put the IV in I had a huge black bruise on my arm from where she stuck me for a week and a half. Amazing staff! Amazing care! Extremely friendly and caring! Short wait times and my ER doctor Michael Tinnesz MD even called me today, on a Sunday, to follow up and check up on me to see how I was doing because my stool test came back for Norovirus
