Great Folks here!
I had Community Health Professionals home care and hospice for both my brother and my mom. Even being a nurse myself I could not have done it without all the help they gave me. The nurses and the staff for home care and inpatient went above and beyond to help my family.
My Nurses are very good, they take very good care of me. They make sure my medication is available by calling the pharmacy and separating them into my pill box. They make sure my vital signs are done weekly and assist with calling my doctors for refills and appointments. My Nursing Aide helps me with preparing my meals, and assists with doing household chores from doing dishes and sweeping the floors, and doing my errands such as grocery shopping and doing my laundry.
My momma just got there today, but my heart is feeling so much better she is there, very beautiful place and the nurses... AWESOME
ALL the employees here have amazing hearts and caregiving abilities. We could never say THANK YOU enough �
