All of the staff were really nice and caring. There was one exception though. Patty. She got an attitude with me the very first time I met her. I was losing my mom and she showed zero compassion. I was the closest to my mom out of all of my sister's so yeah I took it hard. That doesn't give her the right to get an attitude. Not professional at all. I thought all of the other staff were great and treated my mom like family. Thank you to those nurses.
What a beautiful an peaceful place! Dad's been here 5 days an couldn't be in a better place! So much love an comfort for him an us family members!�
The Defiance Inpatient Hospice Center has crossed our family needs more than once and helped our loved ones peacefully pass into the loving arms of the Lord Jesus. They provide badly needed relief for the patient, family and close friends who witness the end of a life. It's not an easy time of life but Hospice methodically works to ease that pain.
Thank you to everyone at CHP for all the kindness and care I've received. It will never be forgotten and always appreciated.
I have been an RN for 31 years and can honestly say CHP is the first place I have felt like I belonged from the first day. Working at the Defiance Inpatient Center is very rewarding and a blessing every day. We always work together as a team for our patients and their families. Community Health Professionals is such a great place to work! Every employee sincerely cares and takes pride in all they do. To see the success in our patients has been a wonderful experience in itself! To make a difference in someone's life, you just have to care and it is our duty to touch the lives of all of our patients and bring hope for their future!
