Great responsive service and fair prices. Definitely recommend.
Nothing impressive. I have had a hard time getting a receptionist, most times. Booking times are like the cable guy. If you know what I mean. Last of all, I was not impressed with the staff sent out to do my yearly inspection of my home.
I purchased a termite bond with them a couple years back. I got a free year of quarterly treatments. Everyone was very friendly and professional. It was great! Then, when my termite bond came up for renewal and I had a few questions that I wanted to get answers on. I called. And called. And called. I emailed. I emailed again. I DM'd on social. I called different times of the day, different days, I left voice messages, lots of messages, one of which I pretended like I was a new inquiry just to see if they would call me back..... read more
