Highly recommend these guys in town visiting from Missouri had a chip previously repaired by someone else and was concerned with the way it looked called these guys up looked it over took care of it for me in about two minutes!
A HUGE Thank You to Matt & his crew @ Defender Auto Glass in Mentor! My new windshield is in correctly AND at a lower cost than Safelite (Safelite did me wrong so I dumped them). They told me today that they were aware of the need to address auto glass installs in Ashtabula and will work to provide excellent customer service out here. Glad I made that call!
I went online and placed an appointment on 3/8/17 12p and they sent someone to my home next day 3/9/17 9:30a and these guys came and got right down to work in less than a hour , JOB COMPLETE!! quick fast safe job well done!!
I called about my windshield crack yesterday, and they were able to have someone come out the next day! They came at the beginning of the time frame I allotted for the task and were done in 20 mins top. I am very pleased with the service all around, and the results! It saved me a lot of headache.
