My car window was broken at 4am. I called Defender when they opened. My window was fixed by 1pm! The installer was awsome and very sweet!

They pulled my drive side window out and broke the regulator in the processes and then tried to tell me I had to pay to replace it, Oh Hell no! I am not paying for your mistake. Make sure they don't try to charge you for their mistakes! Never again will I use this company
