I took my car to have a chip in the windshield fixed. After they were done it looked as it did before. I couldn’t believe it. He tried to say that some chips don’t disappear, which was a lie because I’ve seen before and after on other cars and they do disappear. I understand that it can still be seen, but not like it did before. They did such a poor job that it was my first and last time at Defender Auto Glass. I had my windshield replaced this morning by Randall. He came to my home, advised it would take about 40 minutes. He was very professional and engaging. Nothing short of an amazing experience. Did I mention the price quoted was the lowest and it gave me the opportunity to comfortably sit in my own home while he worked. I definitely recommend!

They listened to my needs. They got me scheduled within 24 hours. They were able to come right to my work location to install. The installer was prompt and courteous. He was done with 30 minutes. Such a great installer and such a nice person to talk with. He went over instructions, precautions, and warranty. I can't thank them enough. I would highly recommend them.
The price for the rear window was a good price that included them coming to my home and doing the replacement. They were very professional and was able to do int in a reasonable time frame. I would highly recommend Defender Auto Glass.

Easy to work with! I was able to get a technician out to my house within days of contacting Defender Auto Glass. We had two windshields that needed replacing.
