Tim at DeFelice is a great man. I've known him 8 yrs now. Great place to rent an apartment from.
I have had positive experiences with Dr felice overall. However, one agent in particular Mr. sahagian is unprofessional. He stated openly he didn't care if a particular property in Woonsocket was hit with code violations from the city. Unreliable and untrustworthy.
