I visited this office for the first time today and just had to share my positive experience. The entire staff was very welcoming and accomodating, the process was super simplified. Dr. Frankel was very attentive, patient, addressed all my questions, and explained everything very clearly. Plus she was also full of compassion. I had some pain in my feet I had neglected for a few weeks and when my previous podiatrist, Dr. Carmel from Mount Sinai, highly recommended Dr. Frankel, when he retired, I kept the contact in my Rolodex for future reference. Fast forward to today and I was very pleased with my visit.
