So my daughter just paid 3000$ to move into her apartment and has been there for less than 30 days,. Her & her 2 boys are having breathing problems like allergies type stuff & she is still unpacking. She went into her garage to get some more boxes to unpack and the garage is attached 2 her townhouse. We have lived here for around 6 years and couldn't be happier. If anything is wrong at the apartment they are usually there within the hour. Friendly staff Phil and Dave are the best. Phil came to our triangle at 2:30am because we had a good in the living room. He came shop vac in hand. A pie burst in someone else's apartment and all the water came into our house.

Was initially good for my mother in law and her sister, but over the past several months of them living there, it's become problematic. Things they have requested to be fixed have still not been fixed (such as a window that leaks every time it rains). Also, they never did fix the pool until the very end of summer so it was unusable. They could be very cute apartments, but they just don't keep them up.
