10/10 would not recommend. Absolutely horrible customer service/ service dept. I purchased my vehicle from this location a little over a year ago. It started making a loud clunking noise. I had it into to be looked at multiple times, and each time I was told the techs could not replicate the noise I described. Service department sucks. Sent my better half there for an oil change, ONLY an oil change. Calls me after about 15 minutes later saying it is going to be almost $500 and 3-4 hours. Swindled into coolant flush, transmission flush, fuel additive, fuel filter and new air filters for cabin and intake. All these were based on the mileage of the vehicle, not the actual service history. Mind you I had changed the 3 filters and flushed coolant myself in last 15k miles. had my 2006 Chrysler Town and Country Van in for repair at a service center in Boone. When I picked up the van I seen the RPM was running high in park and netural. I drove it around Boone and it would not idle down. I went back to service department to have them look at it before I left Boone. He said with repair that was done, there was nothing that would have made the idle high. The advisor said the IAC valve may need replaced, you can't adjust it, its computer driven and knows where idle needs to be. If he had raised the ... read more
