This dealer is new to Ames and gave me a call out of the blue to ask how my truck was doing it’s 7 years old and has 49k miles on it, so it’s doing great, had a CV axle replaced cause a torn boot by Deery of Ames. Deery said I had a shake cause I needed new tires after they did the repair but it never shook two weeks before the new axle and so long story short I got new tires …. And wow it still shakes so after DeYarman called me they said they’d love to fix that shake and it’d only be the total of $187 plus tax cause I stil... read more

Gage and Chris are amazing !! I have never had a dealership work with me and were as concerned about their customers as this one! If you are wanting a new car and want an amazing customer experience, I highly recommend going to them! They are so nice and friendly , and want to find you your dream car that will fit in your budget! They work with you really well , and help as much as they can! I will 100% be referring them to everybody I know , and will a 100% be going back in the future!
It's shocking how some businesses and individuals can be so greedy and dishonest. I've never experienced such deception and poor treatment at an auto dealership until today.
