This company is the best! I have bought 3 vehicles from them and they have never let me down! They will bend over backwards to try and get you into something you love! 100% recommend! The employees are also amazing and very friendly! Arthur Miller did a great job and very friendly!
I was not very satisfied at all with my experience here. One of the salesman insisted I took a jeep home and come back Monday to trade, but I was very hesitant. The entire purchase felt forced. I ended up back Monday regretting the jeep I got, only to be bribed into it more because an upper management said “I’ll put black rims on for you” the rims were cheap plastic that fell off not even a month later! I struggle to document how disappointing this car buying experience has been. The only highlight was when I was being sold. My wife and I bought a certified Pre Owned 2024 Subaru outback with 15,000 miles on it that had supposedly gone through a "175 point inspection". Sounds like a great deal until the next day when we realized the horn does not work. We took the car in the first time they tell me it has to go to the indanol store for repair. When dealing with this dealership on a lease, watch out. Their lease sheet doesn’t pass the “smell test” when compared to standard lease protocols. In my case, they attempted to collect registration fees and taxes for an out-of-state lease, which isn’t legal in my state of residency. When I pointed this out, they claimed a third party calculates those numbers — fine.
